FC Surcharge (Financing Cost Surcharge)

The charge of 43 Paisa per unit is being implemented to ensure that Power Holding Private Limited can effectively collect debt servicing payments. 

TR Surcharge (Tariff Rationalization Surcharge)

The variance in tariffs between NEPRA and the GOP is responsible for this. If there is a positive difference, the GOP will need to pay it as a “Subsidy.” Conversely, if there is a negative difference, the Distribution Company will pay the GOP as an “Associate DISCO Tax Rationalization Extra charge (IDTR SUR).” 

QTR Tariff Adj / DMC

This amount reflects the quarterly change in tariffs. You will see this charge on your bill every three months.  

Deferred Amount

This is the amount of your bill that you can choose to pay either in the current month or at a later time. If you choose to defer payment, there won’t be any late fees, but the amount may be added to your next bill to be paid in installments or all at once.  

TV Fee

Your LESCO online bill includes an additional Rs.35 to back the reserves for Pakistan TV (PTV).

GST

The total amount of your bill includes a General Sales Tax (GST) of 17% which is calculated based on the cost of electricity.

  • Visit the CCMS website and select the feeder details of your area.

  • To see the full schedule of load-shedding, simply review the ‘OFF’ feeder timing.  

Register and Track Complaints 

You have the option to register a complaint against LESCO at CCMS and monitor the status of your complaint. If you would like to file a complaint, you can follow these steps.  

  • Open the CCMS website. 
  • Select and click on the Register Complaint.
  • You can confirm your status as a registered LESCO consumer by providing either your registered mobile number or your 14-digit reference number. Choose your preferred search criteria, either mobile number or reference number.  
  • Enter the complaint details in the required area. 
  • Then, click on the Register Complaint button.
  • You can track the status of your complaint by using the tracking feature in the navigation bar.
  • Typically, we acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 days.  

New Connection or Transfer

When applying for a new connection with LESCO, the process is straightforward. You can start by visiting the nearest LESCO office or their official website to obtain the application form. Once you have the form, be sure to fill it out accurately, providing necessary details such as your name, address, and CNIC number.  

To apply for a new electricity connection, you must submit the required documents such as a copy of your CNIC, proof of ownership or tenancy of the property, and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the housing society if applicable.

Once your application is complete, you can submit it to the designated LESCO office along with the required fee. After submission, LESCO will process your application and their team will conduct a site survey. If everything is in order, the connection will be installed, and you’ll be notified accordingly.
